Rabbi Feldstein studied in yeshivas in Israel and here in Baltimore, has an excellent reputation among his teachers and peers, and is active as a mohel in the field of bris milah (ritual circumcision). I have tested his knowledge in various aspects of bris milah and have found him proficient in its laws and customs, including contemporary issues. He proved fluent in its entirety, answering my questions correctly in accordance with Torah law and tradition.
